These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Artificial Turf Pro website. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We work to keep it accurate, but project details, materials, availability, pricing, and timelines may change.

Estimates and pricing

Website calculators and the advertised starting price of $13 per square foot are preliminary only. They are not binding offers or final project prices. A final estimate depends on site conditions, measurements, access, preparation, materials, drainage, design, and other project requirements. Work begins only after the customer accepts a written proposal or service agreement.

Scheduling and installation

Typical installation takes approximately two days, depending on project size and conditions. Dates and completion times are estimates and may change because of weather, material availability, site conditions, customer-requested changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payments

Available payment methods include check, Zelle, and cash. Payment schedules, deposits, balances, and any project-specific requirements will be stated in the written proposal or service agreement.

Changes and additional work

Customer-requested changes, concealed conditions, access problems, unexpected site preparation, or work outside the accepted scope may affect the price and schedule. Additional work requires customer approval and may be documented in a change order or updated agreement.

Warranty

Artificial Turf Pro offers a one-year workmanship warranty, subject to the terms, exclusions, and maintenance requirements in the customer's written agreement. Product or manufacturer warranties, when available, are separate and are provided by the applicable manufacturer. Website statements do not expand or replace a written warranty.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, safe and reasonable access to the work area, and notice of known utilities, irrigation, drainage, property boundaries, restrictions, permits, or other conditions that may affect the work.

Communications

If you provide contact information, we may contact you about your quote, appointment, project, or requested services. Text-message consent is governed by the disclosures shown with the form where consent is collected. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Website use

You may not misuse this website, submit unlawful or fraudulent information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy website content for commercial use without permission.
